Some work cannot be held in a single hour. For clients whose process calls for depth and continuity, Nicole offers an extended engagement shaped entirely around where they are and where they are going. The arc, the pace, the structure, all of it is determined together. This is not something you sign up for. It is something you arrive at.

Nicole periodically opens the work to a small group of adults online. These are not drop-in classes. They run in cohorts, four weeks, shaped around a shared arc of practice. The intention is not just what you do in the session. It is what becomes possible when people doing this kind of work show up together over time, build trust, witness each other, and are witnessed in return. Community is part of the work.
Each cohort is guided by Nicole and shaped by who is in the room. Adults of all backgrounds and experience levels are welcome.
For those who wish to bring this work into their own space, Nicole is also available for private group experiences hosted in your home or venue, by special arrangement. Inquire for details and availability.
