The Heart of My Work
Every part of you has a voice.
At my core, I am a person who thrives when I am giving and supporting others in meaningful ways, no matter how big or small. Practicing this work is essential to who I am and who I am growing into. I believe everyone has the ability to change, grow, and become their most aligned self. I say this because I have done it, and I continue to do it. I have had to fight for a lot in my life, and it has been exhausting. What I have found is that when I listen to my inner voice with quiet patience, I can make shifts in my responses and my outer voice that bring everything into alignment.
That is why I opened this studio. I have lived this practice, breathed this practice, and in my own way birthed this practice. None of what I do with clients is regurgitated or a rinse and repeat pattern. Everyone is respected and met where they are. I follow my curious intuition with intentional listening to my clients.
The goals vary from client to client. Some people simply want to feel comfortable in their voice. Some want to work through past trauma, whether physical, spiritual, or emotional. Some come in wanting to learn to sing, or to work on a specific song. Some want to play piano and hum along. Some want to explore that indescribable embodiment that happens when they sing. Whatever the goal, from the educational to the somatic to the holistic to whatever it may be, I am here to support you in meeting yours.
My studio is a space of permission and freedom. There is no judgment and no requirement other than to show up as you are. It can take some getting used to, because it does feel vulnerable. It becomes easier as trust is built.
I also want you to know that even once a session is over, I am not closed off to you. It is so important in this work that my clients feel supported. You are always welcome to reach out, and I will always respond as soon as I am able. This work can be stirring, and questions often arise. It can also bring pure joy, the kind that feels so good you just want to share it. Whatever you want to bring into our space is welcome.
To whoever is reading this: I hope we can have a conversation. I hope your curiosity is free and flowing on your path. Connection and community are vital to who we are as beings.
